Sponsorship Sales Manager
Location: Central London, Hybrid
Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 (£100k - £120k OTE, uncapped)
We are recruiting on behalf of a fast-growing events business. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced sponsorship sales manager to lead revenue growth through strategic partnerships and commercial sponsorship agreements on one annual large-scale event which has achieved double-digit growth across the last four years.
The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and securing sponsorship revenue across a portfolio of high-profile projects and events.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sponsorship sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through to negotiation and contract completion
- Create tailored sponsorship proposals and partnership packages
- Collaborate with marketing, events, and leadership teams to maximise commercial opportunities
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reporting through CRM systems
- Represent the organisation at industry events, networking opportunities, and client meetings
Requirements:
- Proven track record in sponsorship sales, ideally in a B2B setting
- Strong negotiation and relationship management skills
- Commercially driven with the ability to meet and exceed revenue targets
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Self-motivated, organised, and proactive approach
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
