Commercial Manager – Civil Engineering – 3 month contract, outside IR35

Hybrid – London-Based Office + Remote Flexibility

£550-600 per day.

We require a commercial manager to assist a key client with a major workload. The projects are complex civil engineering work packages, and the ideal candidate will require a solid background in civil engineering.

The key areas of focus are compensation events and change control on an NEC contract, identifying early warnings and delays analysis.

Candidate requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in quantity surveying or commercial roles.
• Strong background in infrastructure and civil engineering.
• In-depth knowledge of NEC contracts and full project life cycle delivery.
• Strategic mindset, with a hands-on approach when required.
• Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying or related discipline.
• UK right to work and driving licence (occasional site visits)
