Flagship Store Manager | London
We are currently supporting the appointment of a Flagship Store Manager for a globally recognised lifestyle brand at one of its most high-profile Central London locations.
This is a significant leadership opportunity, suited to a commercially driven retail leader who thrives within large-scale, fast-paced flagship environments. The role carries full responsibility for commercial performance, customer experience, operational excellence, and the leadership of a sizeable retail team.
The successful individual will bring a highly visible leadership presence, balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution while fostering a culture centred around performance, service excellence, and people development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop a high-performing flagship team, creating a culture focused on service, accountability, and commercial success
- Drive overall store performance through strong commercial leadership, KPI management, and customer engagement
- Deliver exceptional operational standards while ensuring a seamless and elevated customer experience throughout the store
- Partner closely with senior leadership to support business objectives, talent development, and long-term growth initiatives
Candidate Profile:
- Must currently hold, or have previously held, a Flagship General Manager, Store Director, or Store Manager position within a high-profile, commercially driven retail environment
- Proven experience leading large-scale or high-turnover locations, with strong commercial awareness and operational capability
- Demonstrated success managing and developing sizeable teams within fast-paced retail environments
- A confident and credible leadership style, with the resilience, adaptability, and communication skills to operate effectively within a flagship setting
