Territory Manager – ENT Surgical

£40,000–£50,000 + £30k uncapped OTE

The Role:

Field-based role selling ENT surgical devices and equipment into NHS and private hospitals across the North. You will work closely with surgeons, consultants, theatre staff, procurement and finance teams, managing and growing an established territory with strong development potential.

The Company:

Specialist provider of surgical devices and visualisation equipment, representing leading manufacturers. The business has trebled turnover in 6 years and continues to expand rapidly.

Requirements:

• Experience selling technical medical devices/equipment into hospitals

• Theatre sales experience preferred

• Proactive, commercially driven approach

• Full UK driving licence (max 6 points)

Package:

• £40k–£50k basic

• £30k+ uncapped commission

• Fully expensed company car

• Pension, private healthcare & death in service
