Commercial & Contracts Coordinator


Location: Norwich, NR1 (Office-based)

Salary: £35,000pa

Shifts: 40 hours per week, Monday – Friday, 8:30am - 5pm (30mins lunch)


About the Role

Pure Unity Health is seeking a highly organised and proactive Commercial & Contracts Coordinator to support the delivery and growth of our NHS and public sector services.


This is a key role within the business, responsible for coordinating commercial activities, managing contracts, and supporting relationship development with key stakeholders. You will ensure that all contract, communication, and operational processes run smoothly and efficiently.


Key Responsibilities

Commercial & Contract Coordination

  • Support the development and maintenance of processes for NHS and public sector contracts
  • Prepare, manage, and update contracts, service agreements, amendments, and renewals
  • Monitor KPIs, compliance requirements, and deadlines
  • Support tender submissions, onboarding, and bid pipeline activity


Stakeholder & Contract Management

  • Assist in responding to new business opportunities alongside Directors
  • Support regional teams with commercial outreach and record keeping
  • Manage DocuSign processes for contract issuance and tracking


CRM & Business Development Support

  • Maintain and update HubSpot CRM with accurate customer and prospect data
  • Support pipeline tracking, reporting, and forecasting for senior leadership
  • Monitor opportunities, conversion rates, and associated risks


Skills & Experience

  • Strong organisational and administrative skills
  • Excellent communication and confident stakeholder engagement
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot desirable)
  • Experience supporting tender processes
  • Knowledge of NHS or public sector environments (desirable)
