Are you a dynamic and results-driven automotive sales professional looking for an exciting leadership role? We are seeking a highly motivated New Car Sales Manager to join our team in Telford, Shropshire and drive our new vehicle sales to new heights.


The Role:

As a New Car Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing our new car sales operations, ensuring targets are met and exceeded while delivering exceptional customer service. Your key responsibilities will include:


You’ll be responsible for:

  • Achieving and exceeding manufacturer new car sales targets.
  • Driving performance to meet internal budgets and KPIs.
  • Maintaining and growing industry-leading customer satisfaction levels (NPS).
  • Maximising showroom activity, enquiries, test drives, and conversions.
  • Working closely with Ford, Geely and Kia to ensure brand excellence.
  • Collaborating across departments to create a seamless customer journey.

  • What We’re Looking For:

    • Proven experience in automotive sales, ideally in a management role
    • A strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
    • Excellent leadership, coaching, and team management skills
    • Strong commercial awareness and an ability to drive profitability
    • A passion for the automotive industry and a customer-focused mindset
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
