The Opportunity

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Supporting the delivery of recruitment projects across energy and technology markets
  • Building and managing candidate relationships
  • Developing your understanding of client needs and market dynamics
  • Identifying and engaging top talent
  • Supporting business development activities and client meetings
  • Working towards clear performance and progression targets


What We’re Looking For

  • Recent graduate or 6–18 months experience in sales, recruitment, or a commercial role
  • Strong communication skills and confidence engaging with people
  • Hard-working, Ambitious, driven, and eager to learn
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Interest in building a long-term career in recruitment
