Class 2 Driver

Job description

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking class 2 driver on behalf of our client to join their team on a temp to perm basis.
This role involves the delivery of steel and aluminium products, so experience with securing loads is essential.
The role:

• Delivering steel and aluminium to customers
• Ensuring deliveries are completed safely and on time
• Carrying our daily vehicle checks
• Providing excellent customer service

Requirements:

• Valid class 2 (category C) licence, CPC and digital tachograph card
• Must be willing to driver 7.5 tonne vehicles for holiday and sickness cover when needed
• Good attitude and strong work ethic
• Experience with multi drop routes
