Senior Salesperson – Institutional Markets

London


Meraki Talent is working with a leading provider of institutional trading technology and execution services, delivering innovative solutions across FX, Non-Deliverable Forwards (NDFs), Precious Metals, and Digital Assets to a global client base.


Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Senior Salesperson to join their London office. This role offers the opportunity to work within a highly entrepreneurial environment, driving new business development and expanding relationships with institutional clients across key financial markets.


The Role

  • Identify, target, and develop new institutional client relationships across Spot FX, Precious Metals, and NDF products.
  • Generate revenue through proactive business development and client acquisition activities.
  • Promote the firm's proprietary trading technology and end-to-end solutions to prospective clients seeking scalable market access and execution capabilities.
  • Present and market the firm's execution services to both prospective and existing clients.
  • Coordinate the onboarding of new clients, including obtaining internal approvals and managing stakeholder communication.
  • Support the negotiation and completion of legal and account documentation in partnership with Legal, Compliance, and Credit teams.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and provide account coverage when required.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience from onboarding through to ongoing relationship management.


The Person

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in institutional sales within financial markets.
  • Strong understanding of FX, NDFs, Precious Metals, and electronic trading solutions.
  • Demonstrated track record of winning new business and generating revenue.
  • Excellent relationship-building, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and drive commercial outcomes.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
