This role involves providing HR support in a fast-paced environment, focusing on employee relations and operational HR matters. Ideal candidates will have experience as a Senior HR Advisor and be comfortable working independently during evening and weekend shifts.The position offers autonomy and the chance to mentor managers while ensuring compliance and supporting positive employee experiences. Work hours include weekdays from 3 PM to 7 PM and 7 PM to 11 PM, plus additional weekend hours.
