An exceptional secondary school in the HA0 area is seeking an ambitious, academically strong graduate to join its pastoral and academic team as a Year Leader. This is a rare opportunity to step into a highly respected school environment and gain invaluable experience before progressing into teacher training and a long-term career in education.

We are looking for graduates who:

  • Hold a 2:1 degree or above from a Russell Group university
  • Have a degree in a core subject, Psychology, Sociology, Education, or a closely related field
  • Achieved strong A-Level and GCSE results
  • Have the Right to Work in the UK
  • Are passionate about supporting young people to achieve exceptional outcomes
  • Demonstrate excellent communication, organisation and leadership skills

The Role

As a Year Leader, you will play a key role in supporting students' academic progress, behaviour, attendance and personal development. Working alongside experienced educators and senior leaders, you will gain first-hand exposure to outstanding teaching and leadership practices, making this the ideal stepping stone into the profession.
