Job description

Shift Pattern: Various shift patterns including early, late and weekend working.Responsibilities As a Customer Experience Host you will serve early morning coffee to business commuters, hand out sweet treats for families on day trips, and prepare bacon sandwiches for football fans. You will create a welcoming on‐board atmosphere, assist with luggage, and ensure customers leave with a positive memory of their journey. You will provide service from the cafe bar or use the 'Let's eat at your seat' app, manage cash and stock, and serve complimentary food and beverage in First Class. Salary increases to £30,161 after 6 months and to £31,940 after 18 months.Part Time: £17,500 (17.5 hours per week) plus £1,909 Attendance Allowance.
