About the Role
Aspire People is seeking enthusiastic Psychology Graduates to join our primary school network in Manchester as SEN Teaching Assistants. Whether you are about to graduate or have graduated in the last few years, we are looking for motivated individuals who want to gain professional experience working with children with additional needs, SEMH, or behavioural challenges.

You will be supporting children across a range of year groups, from EYFS to Year 6, helping them access their learning and thrive in the classroom. You may also have opportunities to cover PPA sessions, with support from the school to build your skills in this area.

This is an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience in a school setting, whether you are looking for placements, professional development, or long-term career progression in educational psychology or SEN support.

Who We're Looking For
UK-based Psychology Graduates, including:

Bachelors in Psychology

Educational Psychology

Bachelor's degrees related to Education

Passionate about supporting children with SEN, SEMH, or behavioural needs.

Experience (academic, voluntary, or professional) of working with children is desirable but not essential.

Ability to work across multiple year groups (EYFS-Y6). Flexible and eager to take on PPA cover duties as trained.

DBS on the Update Service. References from the last 2 years.
