What You'll DoAs our Communications Manager, you will:
Develop and implement external communication strategies that foster engagement and collaboration.
Create compelling content that resonates with our employees, from newsletters to intranet updates.
Champion our brand identity, ensuring that our messaging is consistent and impactful across all channels.
Collaborate with various departments to gather insights and share key updates, celebrating achievements along the way.
Organise and facilitate internal events that promote a positive workplace culture.
Monitor and evaluate communication initiatives, refining strategies based on feedback and analytics.
What We're Looking ForTo thrive in this role, you should possess:
Proven experience in external communications and branding, in a pharma setting being essential.
Experience in internal communications, in a corporate or pharma setting.
Exceptional writing and editing skills, with the ability to adapt tone and style for diverse audiences.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
A creative mindset, with the ability to think outside the box and bring fresh ideas to the table.
Proficiency in digital communication tools and platforms.
