Mind BLMK is seeking a Mental Health Recovery Worker to support individuals in the community to improve their mental health through structured interventions. This part-time role is based in Luton and involves working two fixed shifts each week, focusing on providing one-to-one support to those in mental distress.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with mental health issues and possess strong communication and motivational skills. The position includes benefits like 25 days of annual leave and a contribution pension scheme.
