Job Description
As a Beauty Brand Partnerships Manager your key focus will be on driving sales and contribution in line with department and company targets. You will own all brand relationships within your remit and be responsible for developing and implementing key strategies at brand level.

Support Activities

Attending brand meetings and biannual strategies in a support capacity

Supports team in implementing business strategy

Regularly reviews trade, driving sales opportunities and managing risk in collaboration with beauty commercial team

Supports on new launch product buy ins and raising purchase orders

Liaise with relevant internal departments to ensure best in class execution – eg Commercial / Retail / Digital / Marketing

Manages department trade drivers and promotions, co‐ordinating with Digital, Marketing and Retail teams to deliver

Brand Partnership Support

Represent the business confidently in brand facing situations

Demonstrate understanding and passion for beauty retail sector

Support general partnership tasks such as data reporting, distribution maintenance, monitoring web imagery, product details, brand queries and requests

Supports on planning new store layouts, negotiating space and location with brands

Targeting and onboarding new brands

Supports beauty staffing management in line with department agreed budgets

Management of stock uplifts/markdown contribution/brand rebates

Cross Functional Collaboration

Support work-streams with counterparts across Retail, VM, Web, Marketing

Ensure smooth communication and alignment with brands and across functions

Qualifications

Excellent administration skills, such as organisation, prioritisation and ability to work in a systematic and process led way

Excel proficient

Ideally London-based

Understanding of our retail environment

Strong understanding of our customer base

Proactive, detail‐orientated, commercially aware and passionate about the premium & luxury beauty market

Preferably some experience in buying, beauty industry, or account management
