Salary: Up to 16.50ph DOE
Working Hours:
Full Time; 41.75 hrs
Monday 08:45-18:00
Tuesday 08:45-19:00
Wednesday 08:45-18:00
Thursday 08:45-18:00
Friday 08:15-16:00
Practice information:
Mixed practice, SOE software
5mins walk from train station/ good bus routes
Free parking on local roads (less than 5mins walk)
Responsibilities
Managing the front desk and welcoming patients
Booking and managing appointments and clinician diaries
Answering telephone and email enquiries
Processing payments and managing patient accounts
Managing recalls and follow-up appointments
Maintaining accurate patient records
Liaising closely with dentists and dental nurses
Ensuring reception runs efficiently and professionally
