The Client
Our client is one of those rare businesses that combines genuine creative excellence with a warm, collaborative culture. Their work is recognised around the world, delivering exceptional luxury projects for some of the most prestigious clients and brands internationally, but it's the people behind it that make the business special.
You'll be joining a team of talented, passionate individuals who care deeply about what they do and enjoy working together to achieve it. The environment is creative, fast-paced and highly collaborative, with everyone encouraged to contribute ideas and challenge thinking, regardless of seniority.

You will manage one direct report and work closely with senior stakeholders across the business to develop compelling, client-focused proposals.

Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the bid and proposal process from opportunity identification through to submission.
- Coordinate and develop high-quality bid responses, presentations, and supporting materials.
- Manage and mentor one Bid Coordinator, supporting their development and performance.
- Collaborate with senior leaders and subject matter experts to gather information and develop winning strategies.
- Review tender documentation and establish bid programmes, responsibilities, and deadlines.
- Ensure all submissions are compliant, accurate, and delivered to a consistently high standard.
- Support wider business development initiatives and strategic pursuits as required.
What the Client Would Like to See (essential):
- Previous experience managing bids, proposals, or tender submissions within a professional services environment such as design, architecture, construction and the broader built environment.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple deadlines and stakeholders.
- Experience producing high-quality written content and reviewing submissions.
- Confidence engaging with senior stakeholders and influencing decision-making.
- A proactive and organised approach with strong attention to detail.
- Experience mentoring, coaching, or managing others, or a clear desire to step into a people management role.
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to build relationships across diverse teams.
What We Would Like to See (bonus):
- A motivated bid professional looking to take the next step in their career.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong commercial awareness and an understanding of what makes a successful bid.
- The ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery.
- Resilience, adaptability, and a positive approach in a fast-paced environment.
- A genuine interest in contributing to the continued growth and success of a creative, design-focused business.
- Experience using bid management tools and CRM systems would be advantageous but is not essential.
