Senior Manager Ecommerce

Artisan People Group is looking for a Senior Manager Ecommerce

Job description

Join a brand where science meets skin as their Senior Ecommerce Manager. This is a clinically credentialled, premium skincare and suncare brand with genuine innovation at its core and serious D2C ambition behind it.

The Role

This is a commercially critical position for a hands-on ecommerce operator ready to own the full D2C engine. Reporting to the Commercial Director, you will drive revenue across UK and USA Shopify storefronts, CRM, Amazon Luxury and TikTok Shop, turning strategy into trade and trade into lifetime value.

  • Own the weekly, monthly and quarterly D2C trading plan across UK and USA, delivering against revenue targets and ROAS goals
  • Manage the Shopify storefront as a conversion asset across homepage, PDPs, cart, checkout and post-purchase journeys
  • Own the full CRM lifecycle programme via Klaviyo and Recharge, including automated flows, campaigns, segmentation and subscriber growth
  • Launch and manage Amazon Luxury UK and USA, including A+ content, Amazon Ads, pricing parity and the trading calendar around key retail moments
  • Launch and scale TikTok Shop including creator affiliate programmes, LIVE commerce activations and integration with paid and organic strategy
  • Build and maintain a rolling sales forecast by market, channel and SKU with clear visibility of revenue, conversion rate, CAC and contribution margin
  • Own D2C and marketplace reporting across GA4, Shopify, Klaviyo and Amazon dashboards, building a single commercial view for the Commercial Director
  • Manage the ecommerce operating budget and feed into stock planning and forecast accuracy

Sound like you?

You bring five or more years of D2C ecommerce experience, ideally within premium beauty, skincare or wellness. You have demonstrable ownership of a revenue line of £1M or more, deep Shopify and Klaviyo expertise, and proven hands-on experience managing Amazon Seller or Vendor Central. TikTok Shop experience is a strong advantage. You are fluent in GA4, blended performance metrics and commercial forecasting, and you thrive in a scale-up environment where pace, precision and brand sensitivity all matter in equal measure.
