The Role

As a Nursery Assistant in Winchester, you will support the daily care, learning, and development of children in nursery settings.

You will be working alongside experienced early years teams to deliver safe, engaging, and high-quality childcare.

Key duties include:

• Supporting childrens learning through play-based activities
• Assisting with daily routines such as meals, hygiene, and outdoor play
• Helping maintain a safe, clean, and stimulating environment
• Encouraging social, emotional, and physical development
• Working closely with nursery staff and following EYFS guidelines
• Ensuring safeguarding and health & safety standards are met
