Hunts Recruitment is seeking experienced Support Workers for an exciting temporary to permanent opportunity in Southampton!For this role you will need: Experience of working with and/or supporting children and young people up to the age of 18A full UK Drivers License and be willing to gain business insurance for your vehicleBe able to work 24 hours shifts from 9.30am-11pm, sleep in, 7.00am-9.30amThe full right to work in the UK without the need for sponsorship - unfortunately our client is not able to offer sponsorship currentlyThe above are essential for this job role so please only apply if you meet the criteria £13 per hour£64 per sleep in duty24 hour shifts from 9.30am-9.30am including a sleep inBased in SouthamptonMain Duties and Requirements:Experience of working with children and young people as well as understanding of the issues that face young people in careWorking within Residential and Supported Living services for young people in care who may have experienced trauma, neglect and/or abusePromoting, safeguarding and protecting the welfare of young peopleEncouraging the development of the individual interests of young peopleHold Residential Childcare/Families Practitioner Diploma/Children and Young People's Workforce/NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care or equivalent or be willing to work towards a required qualification and upgrade to a Level 4 diploma.
