Location: Delapré Abbey, Northampton

Pay: £12.75 per hour + holiday pay (£14.28 total)

Job Type: Temporary, Flexible Event Work

Dates: 11th, 17th, 18th, 19th, 24th & 25th July

Arc Hospitality Recruitment is hiring experienced bar staff for the Delapré Northampton Summer Series, one of Northampton's biggest live music and outdoor event programmes this summer.

We are looking for confident, reliable bar staff to work busy festival bars across multiple event dates at Delapré Abbey.

This role is ideal for candidates looking for flexible hospitality work, festival bar shifts, weekend work, or temporary summer jobs in Northampton.

Serving drinks on high volume bars

Pouring pints and serving packaged products quickly and efficiently

Delivering excellent customer service

Maintaining a clean and organised bar area

Working as part of a fast paced bar team

Requirements

Previous bar, pub, festival, or hospitality experience required

Confident working in busy environments

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Must be 18+ with right to work in the UK

You must be able to make your own way to and from the event.
