What You'll Be Doing
This is a field-based Brand Ambassador role, not office-based. You'll be positioned in high-footfall locations where homeowners are already out and about:

Retail stores & supermarkets

Garden centres & show sites

Events & home improvement shows

Your focus is simple: start conversations with homeowners, create interest in our premium driveway solutions, generate and book quality appointments for our survey team. No hard selling — just engaging people and creating opportunities.

What We're Looking For
We're not looking for pushy salespeople — we want approachable, confident communicators:

Friendly, outgoing and comfortable speaking to the public

Motivated by earning potential and hitting targets

Professional, reliable and well-presented

Self-driven with a strong work ethic

Requirements:

Full UK driving licence

Access to your own vehicle

Willingness to travel locally

Experience in sales, retail or promotions is helpful — but personality and attitude matter more.

What You'll Get

Basic pay £24,000 (pro rata for part time) + uncapped commission + fuel allowance - self-employed

Realistic OTE £40,000+ (top performers £70K+)
