I am looking for an experienced in‐house recruiter to join my client's team. The role is to advertise and screen candidates for various roles within the business.
Duties of an internal recruiter
Drafting and posting adverts
Using job boards and LinkedIn
Identifying candidates
Screening responses
Liaising with department managers
Arranging interviews
