Compensation: £44,126 per year + benefits
Description
We're looking for an Internal Communications Manager who will plan and deliver internal communications strategies that engage colleagues with the organisation's mission, vision, and strategy.
Responsibilities
Plan and deliver high-quality internal communications to share updates and stories across the charity, engaging and inspiring colleagues with the new strategy.
Produce creative content for multiple channels, including intranet, internal social media feeds and colleague newsletters.
Lead activities to embed the strategy, including internal events and intranet content.
Ensure all internal communications output is measured to assess impact and capture lessons learned.
Qualifications
Internal communications experience with a proven record of developing and delivering successful campaigns.
Strong organisational, planning, and time-management skills.
Excellent writing skills and an eye for identifying compelling stories, drafting creative and emotive copy that clearly delivers organisational messages.
Exceptional attention to detail, passion for the work, and understanding of the role of internal communication in delivering strategy.
