Your Role as a Care Professional
As a Home Instead Care Professional, you'll have the rewarding opportunity to help people continue living life their way, keeping their choices and preferences at the heart of everything you do.
Responsibilities
Provide companionship, assistance with daily activities, and help clients stay active and engaged in their routines.
Assist with daily activities and essential personal care, ensuring clients feel safe, comfortable, and cared for.
Accompany clients on shopping trips, social outings, and appointments to maintain their independence.
Conduct minimum 1‐hour visits to genuinely connect with clients and build meaningful relationships.
Qualifications
Compassionate, caring nature.
Excellent communication skills.
Valid driving licence and access to a reliable car.
No previous qualifications or experience required – we provide full training and ongoing development.
