Business Development Manager – HVAC Maintenance

Central London & South West Home Counties

Up to £75K + Car Allowance + Uncapped Commission (OTE £100K–£120K+)

Are you a driven Business Development professional with experience in HVAC or building services?

We’re working with a growing and well-established organisation looking to appoint a Business Development Manager to expand their HVAC maintenance portfolio across Central London and the South West region.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Winning new HVAC maintenance contracts (mobile & resident solutions)
• Targeting retail, business parks, and blue-chip corporate clients
• Generating opportunities, securing tenders, and closing deals
• Working with internal teams to build compelling, competitive bids
• Presenting proposals and negotiating contracts

✅ What We’re Looking For

• Proven B2B sales experience in HVAC / FM / Building Services
• Strong track record of winning maintenance contracts
• Ability to manage the full sales cycle
• Commercially astute, confident, and results-driven
• Existing industry network is highly desirable
