Near Weston-super-Mare

Basic Salary: £30,000 + Uncapped Commission (OTE £55,000)

Door-to-Door Mileage Paid

Working Hours: 10:00am – 5:00pm

We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused New Homes Sales Consultant to join a successful and supportive team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This is an excellent opportunity for a sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys helping customers find their perfect home.

The Role


As a New Homes Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for guiding buyers through the entire purchasing journey, delivering an exceptional customer experience from initial enquiry through to legal completion.


Key responsibilities include:

  • Welcoming and qualifying prospective purchasers.
  • Conducting site and show home tours.
  • Managing the sales process from enquiry to reservation.
  • Building strong relationships with customers, solicitors, mortgage advisers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Maintaining accurate records and updating the CRM system.
  • Achieving sales targets and conversion objectives.
  • Ensuring the sales office and show homes are presented to the highest standard.
  • Providing market feedback and competitor insights.


We're looking for someone who is:

  • Passionate about delivering outstanding customer service.
  • A confident and professional communicator.
  • Target-driven with a proven sales background.
  • Organised and able to manage multiple customers simultaneously.
  • Skilled at building rapport and influencing purchasing decisions.
  • Proactive, resilient, and positive in their approach.
  • Experienced in property, estate agency, new homes, or a customer-facing sales environment (preferred but not essential).
