The Role As a Telesales Representative, you'll be at the front line of new business generation, driving outbound activity and helping to build a strong sales pipeline for the wider team. Day-to-day responsibilities will include: High-volume outbound calling to prospective business customers Following up on incoming leads and identifying quality opportunities Recording all activity and pipeline updates accurately on CRM systems Booking qualified meetings for senior sales consultants Working towards daily and weekly performance targets and KPIs Building rapport and maintaining strong relationships with B2B contacts About You This role is open to motivated individuals who are keen to get into sales - experience is useful but not essential. You may come from retail, hospitality, customer service, or a graduate background, or already have some exposure to KPI-driven environments. The ideal candidate will have: Strong communication skills and confidence on the phone A resilient, competitive, and target-driven mindset The ability to engage decision-makers professionally Motivation to build a long-term career in sales Previous experience working to targets or KPIs (desirable, not essential) Full training will be provided, so attitude and energy are key.
