Potential Earnings: Trainee Recruitment Consultant

Year 1 OTE £45-60k

Year 2 OTE £60-80k

Year 3 OTE £80-100k+

What Youll be Doing: Trainee Recruitment Consultant

• Building your network through business development and onboarding new clients by offering your expert knowledge on the market
• Sourcing the candidate that they are looking for via headhunting, LinkedIn, cold calling and advertising
• Gaining a strong and lasting relationship with both clients and candidates by successfully placing the candidate. This is done by organizing all the interviews and giving them tips on how to succeed

• £28k base with an increase to £30k after promotion
• 35% commission structure with no threshold on top of base
• Promotion within 5-6 months
