Job Title: Partner Portal Support Specialist

Job Mode: Contract

Job Location: Reading, UK

Rate: 18-20 GBP/Hour


Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer and partner experiences? We are looking for a Partner Portal Support Specialist to join a dynamic global team.


WHAT THE ROLE OFFERS

  • Be a brand ambassador for client to partners.
  • First line of support and effective triage for incoming partner requests and troubleshooting
  • Partner Portal Administration
  • Partner Onboarding and provisioning
  • Trial and Demo order processing
  • Case management


Key Responsibilities:

✔ Serve as the first point of contact for partner portal support inquiries

✔ Manage partner onboarding, provisioning, and profile enablement

✔ Support login credential setup and troubleshooting

✔ Process trial and demo requests to help partners showcase products successfully

✔ Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of requests

✔ Manage support cases and maintain service level commitments

✔ Contribute to operational excellence through adherence to processes and best practices


What We're Looking For:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Technology, or a related field

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Customer-focused mindset with excellent attention to detail

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Experience with Salesforce, SAP, and/or ServiceNow is preferred

Eagerness to learn and grow in a collaborative environment
