What You’ll Be Doing

  • Global Market Expansion: Constantly analyze international market trends, competitor movements, and emerging technologies to identify new regional opportunities.
  • Pipeline Generation: Seek, attract, and close high-value prospective corporate leads and partners within major business hubs, converting them into long-term clients.
  • Client Onboarding & Success: Clarify international customer needs, navigate cross-border onboarding requirements, and deliver service aligned with Transferra’s premium standards.
  • Thought Leadership: Become a go-to expert in cross-border payments, representing Transferra globally and driving thought leadership in your regions.


What We Expect

  • Proven B2B Sales Track Record: Demonstrated success in B2B sales and international business development, specifically targeting corporate clients.
  • Industry Expertise: Solid experience working within Banks, Financial Institutions (FIs).
  • Network & Presence: Proven experience attending or leveraging offline business events, conferences, and networking circles in major financial hubs.
  • Fintech Passion: A genuine enthusiasm for Fintech, digital banking, and modern financial ecosystems.
  • Cross-Cultural Fluency: Ability to independently manage sales cycles across different time zones, cultures, and regulatory environments.
