Here at GXO Cullompton, (EX15 3FA) ourwarehouse is open 24/7, therefore, were looking forWarehouse Operativesto join us working nights on afull-time,permanentbasis.

You will be working on a shift pattern of Monday Fridaywith the hours of22:0006:00 working 40 hours per week with paid breaks!

What youll do on a typical day:

• Pick, scan, and prepare stock with precision using handheld technologykeeping everything moving quickly and accurately
• Build and check palletised orders, ensuring top-quality goods are ready for dispatch every time
• Maintain high standards with quality checks and careful handling so every delivery reaches customers in perfect condition
• Work as part of a safety-focused team, supporting loading, unloading, and keeping the warehouse clean, organised, and efficient

What you need to succeed at GXO:

• Previous warehouse experience is a bonus, with opportunities to use or gain FLT Counterbalance & Reach skills
• Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate picking and high-quality work every time
• Confident using (or willing to learn) mechanical handling equipment safely and effectively
• Reliable, self-motivated team player with a flexible, can-do attitude
• Full training provided, with opportunities to upskill and develop MHE/FLT skills (with limited MHE duties each shift)
