The role

This is a strategic delivery role focused on quality over volume.

You’ll work closely with specialist Defence clients and highly skilled engineering professionals, building long-term relationships within niche international markets.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Strategic headhunting and candidate engagement
• Building relationships with passive candidates
• Market mapping and talent identification
• Managing recruitment processes end-to-end
• Conducting detailed candidate qualification
• Supporting candidate-led business development activity
• Delivering an advisory-led recruitment experience

This is recruitment done properly - consultative, relationship-led, and highly specialist.

Previous recruitment delivery experience is beneficial, but not essential.
