Residential Property Conveyancer

Salary: £35,000 - £55,000 DOE

Location: Peterborough

Flexibility: 2 days home working

A well-established and growing law firm is looking to recruit an experienced Residential Property Conveyancer to join its expanding team. This is an excellent opportunity for a Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Chartered Legal Executive to join a supportive and forward-thinking environment handling high-quality residential property work.

The Opportunity

You will manage a varied residential conveyancing caseload with the support of an experienced and collaborative team. The firm prides itself on delivering excellent client service while maintaining a strong focus on work-life balance, progression and internal support.

The Role

Managing a full residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion

Handling freehold, leasehold, shared ownership, new build and unregistered title matters

Providing clear and practical advice to clients throughout transactions

Building and maintaining strong professional relationships with clients and third parties

Working collaboratively within a supportive team environment

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years’ residential conveyancing experience
• Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Chartered Legal Executive (CILEX) preferred
• Strong technical knowledge across a broad range of conveyancing matters
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
• Strong communication and client care skills
• Practical and logical approach to problem-solving
