Job description

Are you an experienced HR Advisor who has worked within the manufacturing industry? Our client is a leading precision component manufacturer who are looking for a HR Advisor on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will be CIPD qualified and be well versed working in a generalist HR position.

Monday to Thursday 7:30am/8:30am - 4:30pm/5:30pm, Friday 7:30am-12:30pm

HR Advisor

Job Description

  • Provide HR advice and guidance to managers on employee relations, including disciplinaries, grievances, performance and absence management.
  • Manage core HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, administration, training, apprenticeships and contractual changes.
  • Contribute to HR projects and promote company values, culture, and continuous improvement
  • Drive employee engagement, training and development initiatives to support a positive workplace culture.
  • Maintain legal compliance and fair application of HR policies.

Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications

  • CIPD qualified
  • Well-versed carrying out a similar generalist HR position
  • Experienced working within the manufacturing industry
