HAIL Partners is working with a leading investment management firm who are seeking a Team Executive Assistant to support a busy Business Development team. This is a role for someone who thrives on anticipating needs, staying three steps ahead, and bringing calm, unflappable order to a high-performance environment.


Role Responsibilities:

  • Acting as the day-to-day point of support for the team, keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes
  • Managing complex, ever-shifting calendars and coordinating meetings across multiple time zones
  • Owning domestic and international travel end-to-end — itineraries, logistics, and expense processing
  • Tracking action items and deadlines, and keeping the team organised and on schedule
  • Supporting team and external events
  • Taking on ad hoc projects and administrative tasks with accuracy and a quick turnaround


Role Requirements:

  • 3+ years as an Executive Assistant, Team Assistant, or in a similar role supporting several senior professionals
  • Experience within financial services
  • First-class organisational, time-management, and prioritisation skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • A high degree of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Outlook
  • The composure to stay calm under pressure and pivot quickly when priorities shift
  • Sharp attention to detail and a genuine no-task-too-small mindset


This role is fully office based, and offers a competitive compensation package.
