ityThe business is currently delivering a £30M&E commercial new build project in Central London and requires an experienced Senior Mechanical Project Manager to take full responsibility for the mechanical packa

• tiesLead the full mechanical package, ensuring all work meets the highest technical, quality, and compliance standa
• rds.Ensure full compliance with all design, engineering, construction, and commissioning processes, driving best practice across the proj
• ect.Provide clear and regular progress updates to the Project Director, ensuring alignment on milesto
• nes.Add value to the design process by challenging methodology, improving buildability, and reducing whole-life cost where possi
• ble.Build and manage strong working relationships with subcontractors, consultants, main contractors, and wider engineering te
• ams.Oversee procurement, resourcing, and supply chain activities to ensure timely deliv
• ery.Ensure high-quality installation, testing, commissioning, and handover of all mechanical syst

ems.

• roundProven experience running multiple £10M+ M&E commercial new build projects through the full lifec
• ycle.Strong technical knowledge of mechanical building services within large-scale commercial environm
• ents.Demonstrable leadership experience managing engineering teams and subcontrac
• tors.Excellent understanding of procurement, project controls, installation methodologies, and commissioning proce
• sses.Strong communication and stakeholder management capabili
• ties.Ability to perform under pressure in fast-paced project environments while maintaining exceptional quality and safety stand
• ards.Relevant mechanical engineering qualifications or industry-recognised certificat
