This is a broad and commercially focused role where you will strengthen financial governance, enhance controls and processes, and deliver timely, insight-driven reporting. Working closely with teams across sales, merchandising, buying, and production, you will help drive informed decision-making, improve profitability, optimise cash flow, and support sustainable business growth.

  • Own the end-to-end accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
  • Manage and reconcile company credit card expenses
  • Produce weekly and monthly cash flow forecasts
  • Monitor and manage FX exposure
  • Oversee reporting and reconciliations relating to invoice financing facilities

What we need to see (essential)

  • Experienced accountant with strong stock, management accounting and VAT experience
  • Exposure to international trade and foreign exchange
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in SME, retail, FMCG, or equivalent
  • Strong AP, AR, reconciliation and cash flow management skills
  • Detail-oriented, adaptable and keen to grow

What we’d like to see (non-essential)

  • Fashion, retail or FMCG experience
  • Experience with international trade, importing and foreign exchange
  • Exposure to invoice financing facilities
  • Experience with Xero
  • Background working in a lean finance team
