Senior Surveyor (Retail Lease Advisory)

City of London | Hybrid Working 2 days a week

€40,000 - €50,000 Base Salary + 10% Annual Bonus

A leading UK Real Estate Consultancy is seeking an ambitious Senior Surveyor to join its Asset & Transactional Advisory team.

This is an excellent opportunity for an MRICS-qualified surveyor looking to accelerate their career within a respected and growing consultancy. You'll work on a varied mix of lease advisory, valuation, and expert witness instructions while building strong client relationships across the commercial property sector.

The Opportunity

Working alongside experienced property professionals, you'll be involved in:

✔ Lease Renewals & Rent Reviews

✔ Rental & Capital Valuations

✔ Preparation of Expert Witness Reports

✔ Retail Property Advisory

✔ Client Reporting & Strategic Advice

✔ Business Development & Relationship Management

What We're Looking For

✅ MRICS Qualified

✅ 1-2+ Years PQE

✅ Strong experience in Lease Renewals and Rent Reviews

✅ Knowledge of Rental & Capital Valuations

✅ Excellent technical and report-writing skills

✅ Strong commercial property knowledge across multiple sectors

✅ Advanced Excel skills

✅ Confident communicator with excellent client-facing abilities

✅ Full UK Driving Licence

Desirable

⭐ Registered RICS Valuer

⭐ Development Appraisal experience

⭐ Investment Appraisal experience

⭐ Strong understanding of Landlord & Tenant and Property Law
