Technical & Design Coordinator – Main Contractor – Westminster

A leading main contractor is looking for a Technical & Design Coordinator to take ownership of a flagship high-rise residential project in Westminster. This is a standout opportunity for someone with 2–3 years’ experience who is ready to step up and drive a scheme forward independently.

The role

• Take full ownership of the project from Stage 4 through Stage 5
• Manage and coordinate all design and technical packages
• Work closely with consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams
• Drive the pre-construction process, ensuring design is buildable and aligned with programme
• Act as the main point of contact for design coordination on the project
• Report into and be supported by an experienced Technical Manager

What they’re looking for

• Ideally 2–3 years’ experience with a developer or main contractor
• Exposure to high-rise residential projects
• Strong understanding and proven experience of pre-construction and delivery stages
• Confident managing packages and making decisions independently
• Proactive, organised, and comfortable taking ownership
