Corporate / M&A Associate | London | 3+ PQE

A rare opportunity to join a global firm where London isn't a regional outpost, it's the hub.

This team drives high-value, complex M&A and private equity transactions across the US, Europe and the Middle East from their London office. The work is genuinely cross-border, the deals are market-leading, and the culture is collaborative without the rigid hierarchy you find at comparable platforms.

The role

You'll work across a broad range of private M&A transactions, with exposure to cross-border and multi-jurisdictional work from day one. The firm handles the full deal lifecycle, from structuring through to execution; and associates here get meaningful responsibility early.

What they're looking for

• 3+ PQE gained at a leading UK, US or international firm
• Solid transactional experience in high-value private M&A
• Strong academics and sharp commercial instincts
• Any exposure to public M&A, energy sector transactions, or alternative investors (hedge funds, PE sponsors) is advantageous, but the fundamentals matter most
