You'll manage a well-established portfolio of approximately 95 residential properties, supported by experienced colleagues, established systems and a collaborative team culture.

THE ROLE:

• Manage a portfolio of approximately 95 residential properties
• Coordinate maintenance, repairs and contractor management
• Handle tenancy renewals and tenancy administration
• Ensure compliance across the portfolio
• Build trusted relationships with landlords and tenants
• Deliver exceptional customer service at every stage of the tenancy

THE PROFILE:

• Previous Property Management experience is essential
• ARLA qualified preferred (but not essential)
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Calm and professional under pressure
• Proactive and solutions-focused approach
• Strong understanding of residential lettings legislation and compliance
• Committed to delivering outstanding customer service

PACKAGE DETAILS

Salary: Up to £42,000

Location: Central London office with South West London portfolio

Flexible Working: 1–2 days working from home

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am–6:00pm

Portfolio: Approximately 95 residential properties
