We’re partnering with a fast-growing UK health technology company that is transforming how large healthcare organisations manage workforce scheduling and operational delivery.


Following significant growth within the hospital sector, they are hiring a Project & Implementation Manager to lead enterprise software rollouts across major healthcare organisations.


This is a highly visible role focused on:

  • delivering complex implementations,
  • driving long-term user adoption,
  • and building trusted stakeholder relationships from operational teams through to executive leadership.


What you'll be doing:

You’ll own end-to-end implementation delivery across multiple enterprise customers, acting as the key point of contact throughout mobilisation, go-live and adoption phases.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading large-scale SaaS implementations within complex operational environments
  • Driving measurable platform adoption and engagement
  • Managing senior stakeholder relationships across clinical and operational teams
  • Running governance forums, steering groups and implementation workstreams
  • Delivering training, onboarding and change management activity
  • Identifying adoption risks and proactively resolving blockers
  • Partnering closely with product and delivery teams to improve customer outcomes


What we are looking for

We’re especially interested in candidates with experience in:

  • NHS or healthcare technology implementations
  • Enterprise SaaS onboarding or professional services
  • Workforce management, rostering, scheduling or operational platforms
  • Clinical systems deployment or digital transformation programmes
  • Large, multi-stakeholder organisational change environments
  • Strong implementation and project leadership experience
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Experience driving user adoption and behavioural change
  • Confidence working with senior operational and executive stakeholders
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple concurrent deployments
  • A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset


You’ll likely have worked with:

  • hospital systems,
  • workforce/e-rostering platforms,
  • EPR/EHR implementations,
  • or other enterprise operational technologies.
