The role

Reporting to the Casino Manager, Pit Managers are accountable for providing exceptional customer experience, including:

Ownership of all gaming floor customer experience ensuring Wynn values and Forbes Standards are embodied by all Dealer/Inspectors and are consistently delivered.
Ownership of the employee performance ensuring transparent, two-way communication and collaboration.
Accountability for service and performance.
The leadership and development of a high-performance feedback culture that allows employees to contribute to the success of the business.
Maintaining operational and decision-making integrity by acting positively and decisively to resolve a problem.
Motivating and developing the team to understand the key business drivers and how they add value.

Supervisor experience.
Hold a valid Personal Functional License (PFL).
