WE ARE LOOKING FOR : DEPUTY STORE MANAGERS

At Zara, we are looking for a Deputy Store Managers to support the Store Manager in running the store and driving sales.

About the Role

You will help manage the daily store operations, support the team, and make sure the store runs smoothly. You will work closely with the Store Manager and other managers to achieve sales targets and keep high standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in daily store operations
• Help drive sales and meet store targets
• Manage and support the team on the shop floor
• Ensure good organisation in all areas (shop floor, fitting rooms, stockroom, cash desk)
• Keep strong communication with all departments
• Ensure great customer service at all times
• Support stock control and deliveries
• Help manage schedules, productivity, and team performance
• Follow health & safety and store procedures

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in retail, preferably in a fast-paced environment
• Experience leading or supporting a team
• Good organisation and time management skills
• Strong communication skills
• Positive attitude and team player
• Flexible and able to handle busy situations
