Our client is a growing organisation operating within the Health & Safety sector, supporting businesses across a range of industries with specialist services and solutions.
Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint an experienced Account Manager to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience within the Health & Safety industry who is looking for a new challenge with a commercially focused organisation.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of existing clients, building long term relationships, identifying opportunities for growth, and ensuring customers receive an outstanding service.
As an Account Manager, you will:
- Manage and develop relationships with an existing portfolio of clients.
- Conduct regular client reviews and identify opportunities to expand services.
- Drive account growth through retention, upselling, and cross selling activities.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision makers.
- Ensure clients receive a high quality service and support.
- Work closely with internal teams to deliver successful outcomes for customers.
- Maintain accurate records and activity within the CRM system.
- Achieve individual revenue and account growth targets.
What we're looking for:
- Experience working within the Health & Safety sector.
- Previous experience in an Account Manager, Client Relationship Manager, Customer Success Manager, or similar role.
- Strong account management and relationship building skills.
- Experience managing and growing business to business client accounts.
- A commercial mindset with the ability to identify opportunities for growth.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience using CRM systems to manage client activity.
