Service Care Solutions are currently working in partnership with a growing and ambitious law firm based in Stockport, which is seeking an experienced Housing Disrepair Solicitor to join its expanding legal team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated solicitor with at least 3 years' experience handling Housing Disrepair matters to join a firm that is experiencing significant growth and offers genuine career development opportunities. The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload of housing disrepair claims from inception through to resolution, while providing high-quality legal advice and representation to clients.
Key Responsibilities as a Housing Disrepair Solicitor:
- Managing a caseload of Housing Disrepair matters, including pre-action and litigated claims.
- Drafting and reviewing court pleadings, witness statements, schedules of works, and legal correspondence.
- Providing clear and practical legal advice to clients regarding their rights and remedies.
- Ensuring compliance with all court rules, procedural requirements, and deadlines.
- Preparing cases for hearings, mediations, and settlement negotiations.
