Job description

We're looking for an ambitious Senior Account Executive or Account Manager to join our growing client services team.


You'll be at the centre of the agency, helping to turn client objectives into exceptional brand, digital and motion projects. Working closely with strategists, designers, developers and clients, you'll ensure projects run smoothly, relationships stay strong and opportunities don't get missed.


This role is ideal for someone looking to take the next step in their agency career and gain exposure to a wide variety of clients, sectors and project types.


Key Responsibilities

  • Building strong day-to-day relationships with clients and becoming a trusted point of contact
  • Managing projects from brief through to delivery, ensuring work is completed on time and within budget
  • Supporting senior members of the client services team on larger accounts and strategic projects
  • Producing timings, schedules, estimates and project documentation
  • Writing clear briefs and communicating client feedback effectively to internal teams
  • Coordinating resource requirements with designers, developers and motion designers
  • Helping identify opportunities for additional work and added value across client accounts
  • Supporting project commercials and ensuring work is tracked accurately


Experience

  • 2–5 years agency experience in a client services, account management or project management role
  • Experience managing multiple projects across different clients simultaneously
  • Comfortable working directly with clients and building relationships
  • Experience working across branding, digital, marketing or creative projects
