We are seeking a motivated and determined individual to join our team who will be responsible for negotiating and managing business relationships within a diverse sector of industry and identifying new opportunities. Looking to further your career with an established and highly experienced intermediary making a defined contribution to its growth.


Key Responsibilities –


• Identify new market opportunities, building strategic partnerships and acquiring new clients.

• Drive company growth and profitability through new market opportunities.

• Managing the full sales cycle from lead generation, submitting credit proposal applications to underwriting which include analysing financial statements and assessing credit risk.

• Analysing client needs to structure appropriate finance solutions, negotiating rates terms and conditions.

• Supporting your colleagues through the administration and operational process and maintaining the CRM system as required.

• Communicating via email and telephone with potential clients (existing clients and suppliers) to introduce our diverse products and services we can deliver.

• Build long term and evolving relationships with lenders and suppliers.

• Ensuring all activities comply with company policy, legal requirements and FCA Regulations.

• Follow up new business opportunities generated within the company.

• Attend meetings, industry events and travel to meet clients as required.

• Ensure total customer satisfaction through attentive, detailed engagement.

• Build a respectful and trustworthy relationship with our lenders.


Skills & Experience required -


• Proven experience, typically with 2-5 years within asset finance or leasing.

• Excellent communication skills (written and spoken) and strong interpersonal skills.

• The ability to keep good records through our CRM system and operate good practice.

• An outgoing personality with a team player attitude and ambition to win.

• Ability to work effectively with multiple targets and deadlines.

• Excellent eye for detail and ambition to go the extra mile and be recognised for it. 

• Full UK driving licence

• The ability to analyse company information, understanding debt serviceability and appropriately structure deals.

• Strong and confident negotiating skills.

• Ability to work withing a team and independently.
